My name is Kennedy Paxton, and I am a passionate and dedicated property valuer based in NSW. I have been helping property owners, buyers, and investors with accurate and professional property valuations for over ten years. My approach to property valuation is rooted in precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing a personalised service for each client.
My Journey in Property Valuation
I began my career in property after completing my formal qualifications in property valuation. From there, I worked with some of NSW’s most respected property valuation firms, where I gained hands-on experience in residential, commercial, and rural property valuations.
In 2015, I decided to take the leap and establish my own property valuation service, focusing on providing a more client-centric approach. This independence has allowed me to work closely with property owners and investors, delivering reports that truly reflect the value of their assets.
What Drives Me
I believe property valuation is about more than just numbers—it’s about understanding the dynamics of the local property market, how buyers and sellers perceive value, and the factors that influence a property’s worth. I enjoy helping my clients understand the true value of their property and providing them with the confidence to make informed decisions.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy exploring the NSW countryside and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in the real estate market. I also regularly attend property seminars and workshops to ensure my knowledge remains current in a fast-evolving industry.
